If you want a new level in life, old formula won’t work.In order to reach new levels you gotta learn new formula.You’re not stuck. You’re simply committed to certain patterns of behavior because they helped you in the past. Now those behaviors have become more harmful than helpful. The reason why you can’t move forward is because you keep applying an old formula to a new level in your life.

Remember, insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Life is an echo. What you give, you get, what you send out, comes back, what you see in others, exists in you. So always remember to be kind, don’t judge others easily, and treat people the way you want to be treated.Life is not a problem to be solved, but a reality to be experienced. The big lesson in life is, never be scared of anyone or anything.Life is not about winnings, winnings doesn’t always mean being first,it means you’re doing better than you’ve done before. You always pass failure on the way to success.It’s not about getting out of your comfort zone to reach your goal. It’s about widening your comfort zone so far that your goal fits comfortably inside. Once you do that, chances of hitting your goals will be widely open.Happiness isn’t about getting what you want all the time. It’s about loving what you have and being grateful for it.

You can’t chase it if it’s not clear enough.
Write it down, then go for it like your life depends on it. If you are on the hunt for something meaningful in life,
do ensure you journal your journey.
Journal will hold accountable and capture your growth.Writing things down is a form of subtle commitment,
You commit to achieving something.
You commit to getting there and doing it.
This is why I prefer having paper journals instead of digital.,
Cannot delete,Cannot backspace.,
Can only get it done.If you don’t know where you are going, any road can lead you there. It is like riding a bicycle without a wheel, is the same like you want something without the knowledge of how to get it! So your journal will be your wheel.
